jaeeta Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jaeeta ("jaeeta", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jaeeta website at jaeeta.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

By creating a jaeeta account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the jaeeta platform.

jaeeta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jaeeta is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. jaeeta operates as an 18+ only platform. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through jaeeta's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

jaeeta reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's use of the platform. This may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is resolved.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jaeeta services — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are permitted to hold only one active account on jaeeta at any time. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses, circumventing responsible gaming restrictions, or any other reason is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jaeeta will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jaeeta is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to be your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected breach to jaeeta in writing prior to that activity occurring.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, jaeeta may request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details. All submitted documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaeeta are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaeeta supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your banking provider's international transaction settings.

The minimum deposit at jaeeta is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to additional verification checks. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jaeeta account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile banking network.

Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (24/7, Bangladesh Standard Time). jaeeta targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal platform operating conditions. During periods of high volume — for example, during major BPL or T20 World Cup match events — processing times may extend. We will notify players of any known delays.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jaeeta account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be processed.
• jaeeta reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, in particular for first-time withdrawals or requests above standard thresholds.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a return-to-source policy — jaeeta may return an unwagered deposit to the original payment method rather than processing it as a standard withdrawal.
• jaeeta does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside jaeeta's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jaeeta offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and event-based promotions tied to fixtures such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the jaeeta platform unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion details. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited automatically.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly labelled as recurring.
• jaeeta reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, jaeeta will honour the bonus for eligible active claims at the time of cancellation.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, abuse of promotional systems, multi-accounting, or collusion will be voided without notice, and the associated accounts may be permanently suspended.
• Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance. When placing wagers, real-money funds are used first unless the applicable bonus rules specify otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on jaeeta — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Mine, and European Blackjack — are operated under the rules specified by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of any conflict between jaeeta's general gameplay rules and a specific game provider's published rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for that game.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and kabaddi, the following rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds shown on your bet slip at the moment you confirm represent the final accepted price.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, jaeeta's standard event settlement rules will apply. For cricket matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for specific markets to be settled; the exact threshold varies by market and is displayed in the market rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may be adjusted at jaeeta's discretion during periods of high market volatility.
• jaeeta reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are suspected, or where the integrity of the sporting event is in question.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled mid-match at jaeeta's discretion based on match events. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to acceptance at the time of placement; a delay in acceptance may result in a different price being applied.

Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to server outages, disconnection during gameplay, or software errors that cause an incomplete game round — are handled in accordance with the affected game provider's malfunction policy. jaeeta will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure fair outcomes, but cannot guarantee the continuation of interrupted game sessions in all circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jaeeta platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so, for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jaeeta platform, place bets, or play casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any poker, live dealer, or peer-to-peer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known software error must be reported to jaeeta and may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jaeeta as a pass-through for funds unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jaeeta's support team.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to jaeeta through your payment provider. Chargeback activity will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant fraud prevention authorities.
• Accessing or attempting to access jaeeta's administrative systems, databases, or backend infrastructure without authorisation.

jaeeta employs real-time fraud detection and anti-money-laundering monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to investigation, during which withdrawals and gameplay access may be temporarily suspended. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jaeeta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player has requested a self-exclusion through jaeeta's responsible gaming tools or through our support team.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Continued operation of the account would expose jaeeta to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player's jurisdiction is later determined to be a restricted territory for online gambling.

Where an account is closed by jaeeta for reasons other than a breach of Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not refundable upon account closure unless specific circumstances warrant otherwise at jaeeta's sole discretion.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jaeeta's support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Players who have voluntarily closed their account may not re-register for a period of 30 days following closure, unless the closure was made as part of a self-exclusion request, in which case the self-exclusion cooling-off period applies.
